Key Responsibilities:

Responsible in formulating SCADA/EMS, Telecom, Network Protection, and Cyber Security Philosophies; evaluating design and technical specifications of SCADA/EMS, Telecom, Network Protection, and Cyber Security for System Operations (SO) requirements; conducting special studies on the design and specifications of SO assets; reviewing of Facilities Study, bidding documents, and asset acquisition/reimbursement; and conducting operational assessment of power plants.

  • Ensures compliance with current SCADA/EMS, Telecom, and Network Protection Philosophies, and formulation of new philosophy as need arises;
  • Ensures that all SO-related facilities are in compliance with NGCP technical standards and specifications;
  • Ensures that SO requirements are in accordance with the prescribed philosophies and standards; and
  • Ensures that the application of new improvement activities will enhance the operational requirements and in compliance with NGCP standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Registered or Licensed Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • at least three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Filipino
