Key Responsibilities:

        Develops and implements demand planning and demandmanagement process in coordination with proponents/end-users, Systems and Standards, and Strategic Sourcing Division to identify opportunities for best valuetransactions. Switch to lower cost alternatives and minimize change order requests.

        Provides guidance to Procurement OperationsDivision Heads on the achievement of on-time delivery in full (OTIF). Plan, direct and control the tactical and operational program of the group in linewith all SCMG standards and procedures.

        Conducts negotiations for critical high valuetransactions within spend threshold.

        Manages, evaluates and approves Non-Compliance Reports, Change Orders, Amendments and other Procurement Operations relatedrequests, within approved SLAs and AOR.

        Directs subordinates and ensures compliance tosupply and service agreements and contracts to minimize maverick spend and ensures the use of contracts for call off for all transactions.

        Ensures proper implementation of agreements andresolves local issues related to implementation of agreements/contracts incoordination with Systems and Standards and Strategic Sourcing Division.

        Manages and ensures implementation of vendorperformance review enterprise-wide and collaborates with Proponents, Strategic Sourcing, and Systems and Standards Division on vendor performance and performance issues.

        Reviews and ensures implementation and compliance to the internal Service Level Agreement Targets through a Business Balanced Score card.

        Reviews, recommends and implements improvements on system and procedures in Procurement Operations in coordination with Systems and Standards Division.

        Manages and guides Procurement Operations Division Heads and Staff.

        Establish group performance objectives and metrics in relation to enterprise goals and evaluate group and staff performance.

        Ensures organizational capability by assessingpersonnel skills and providing development C training.




        Bachelorís degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance with Accounting or related fields.

        MBA or Supply Chain certifications orequivalent; a plus, but not required.

        10 or more years of experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement, with focus on Operations Management.

        In depth Procurement Operations Management experience

        Experience in Negotiations

        Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory Control and Logistics.

        Experience in managing a number of directreports.
