HR Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

        Develops functional and technical specificationsbased on business requirements and analysis and design of technical solutionsto business problems;

        Participates in reviews for requirements,architectures, designs, code and test plans;

        Integrates test and implements new HRISapplication modules, upgrades and features;

        Provides support to HRIS users in terms ofclarification, training and enhancements;

        Becomes point of contact for any support call orenhancement/upgrade/rollout requirement in the domain;

        Reviews, evaluates, analyzes and participates inplanning for such project;

        Responsible for maintenance of all documentsrelated to functional work by self or the team;

        Assists in providing management with on-goingrecommendations to advancements in HR technology and applications;

        Assists in implementation and postimplementation support including customized developments;

        Monitors, measures and provides feedback onprocess performance.

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and professional HR background

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Lean/Six Sigma background
